Programme Rates and Sponsorship

For a long time there has been call for shows in the West of England.

We are going to have a go at meeting that demand this year and to do that we need as much help and support as we can get.

We've decided to put on shows to cater for the increased level of activity the sport has experienced in the last few years. We have decided to mirror the successful East Coast Circuit shows and are very pleased that Jane Muir, one of the founders of the East Coast Circuit, will be helping us get the ball rolling by being our show secretary.

To make these shows a success we need not only support from the competitors but also from everyone connected with the sport - from feed suppliers right the way through to show photographers and the like. For this reason we are asking you to look at the sponsorship types available and would urge to you support us if, where and how you can - as they say 'every little helps'………

We are also delighted to announce that we have been asked to be part of the AQHA championship series so with circuit awards, youth and open classes included we should meet the needs of most competitors.

As well as the sponsorship packages detailed on the following page, we would also encourage you to promote yourselves and your business in our programme or just lend us your support by taking out an ad. Rates are as follows.

Full page colour both shows - £95
Half page colour both shows - £65
Quarter page colour both shows - £40

Full page -B/white both shows - £65
Half page - B/white both shows - £40
Quarter page - B/white both shows - £25

Class sponsorship:

For any Class on either show £75.00 plus £25.00 for rosettes: Announcer will make reference to you and or your Company on the day of the show before the class and at the ribbon presentations - Class sponsors are entitled to two tickets on the Saturday of the show to the sponsors' tent for complementary Champagne, Pimms and bits together with complementary sponsors' car park ticket - cars only.

Gold sponsorship:

Sponsorship of two classes at any one show £100.00 and £50.00 for rosettes: Announcer will make reference to you and or you Company on the day of the show before the class and at the ribbon presentations - together with half page colour ad in the programme. Silver sponsors are entitled to two tickets on the Saturday of the show to the sponsors tent for complementary Champagne, Pimms and bits together with complementary sponsors car park ticket - cars only

Diamond Sponsorship:

Sponsorship of two classes at any one show £150.00 and £50.00 for rosettes: Announcer will make reference to you and or your Company on the day of the classes and before the class and at the ribbon presentations, together with free full page colour ad in the programme. Your name blocked on tails of first place rosettes. Diamond sponsors are entitled to two tickets on the Saturday of the show to the sponsors' tent for complementary Champagne, Pimms and bits together with complementary sponsors car park ticket - cars only

Double Diamond Sponsorship:

Sponsorship of two classes at both shows: £200.00 and £50.00 for rosettes - Announcer will make reference to you and or your Company on the day of the classes and at the show before the class and at the ribbon presentations - together with full page colour ad in the programme. Your name blocked on tails of first place rosettes. Gold sponsors are entitled to four tickets on the Saturday of the show to the sponsors' tent for complementary Champagne, Pimms and bits together with complementary sponsors car park ticket - cars only

Win Board Sponsorship:

Your logo or name on the win board - all class winners are entitled to pictures at the win board so it's a great form of advertising. Four places only available. £300.00 includes four tickets to sponsors tent …………on Saturday of show. Complementary sponsors car park ticket - cars only. Your name or company's name announced on all three days of show………….

Other Sponsorships:
