Celia is now based at the Mendip Stud and will be available for lessons and also accepting horses in for schooling, breaking in and for sale.

Celia has been a qualified riding instructor for 22 years and has competed in dressage, show jumping, team chasing and eventing and is also very interested in Western riding and Polo.

She has trained numerous combinations and dedicates herself to getting the best out of horse and rider in a progressive and confidence building manner which ensures that a gradual improvement and deeper understanding of how a horse thinks and works is developed over a period of time. Every horse and rider is different and part of the initial assessment will be goal setting and finding out exactly what the combination wish to achieve. Celia on Neo

 

Celia on Neo At the Mendip Stud the facilities for horse and rider are superb with a round pen, two arenas and 100 acres of riding including a large grass field which is available for schooling and jumping. It is an ideal place for starting off a young horse.

Intensive courses are available and can be for examinations training or just tailor made to suit the individual's requirements. Accommodation is available in the house if required.

Celia is also Editor of West Country Riders magazine, an equestrian journalist and PR consultant and runs her own web based business, Forever Living Horses. This is a unique concept including an on line shop, advisory service, membership questions and answers and a horse search service for busy riders.

We are pleased to announce that the Mendip Stud has become a Business Member of an innovative new website called Forever Living Horses which is run by Celia Gadd BHSII BHSSM. The website is a unique combination of advisory service, shop, classified section, business directory and horse search service. Celia is a very experienced instructor and equestrian journalist and wishes to bring all her knowledge together in one place and help all levels of horse owner with any problems they may have or just general advice. This horse search service is proving particularly popular with people who lack the time or experience to go and find their next horse and there are different levels of service available.
